Keita Kosugi was responsible for fund management at a 400 billion yen large-scale logistics development fund managed by GLP Japan. Before that, he worked in the investment banking division of SMBC Nikko Securities, where he was engaged in coverage operations for the financial and public sectors, as well as financial advisory services for M&A in the real estate sector. Over his career, he has a track record of being involved in transactions such as TOB worth over 100 billion yen and J-REIT mergers on the scale of 1 trillion yen.
Nana Okuzaki was engaged in acquisitions and fund raising at First Brothers Capital and Mizuho Real Estate Management. She has been involved in real estate investments totaling over 100 billion yen across a wide range of asset types, including residential, office, retail, hotel, and development projects. She also has experience in asset management for a hotel-focused J-REIT.
