Integral Real Estate Corporation (“IRE”) is pleased to announce the final closing of its flagship real estate investment fund, Integral Real Estate Fund I (“IREF I”).
Since its first closing on January 20, 2025, IRE has been actively engaged in fundraising activities with an initial target of over JPY 10 billion in total capital commitments. Following a series of successful closing stages, the Company has entered into Investment Limited Partnership Agreements with a diverse group of domestic institutional investors, including financial institutions and corporations.
As a result of strong investor interest, the final closing was completed with total commitments of JPY 23.5 billion, significantly exceeding the original target.
Leveraging these capital commitments along with debt financing and the reinvestment of proceeds from asset sales, IREF I have already executed approximately JPY 50 billion in real estate-related investments from last year to date. IRE remains committed to its active investment strategy, aiming to reach a cumulative Gross Asset Value of approximately JPY 100 billion.
IREF I will continue to focus on discovering and creating investment opportunities across multiple asset types including residential, office, hotel, logistics, and retail assets, strategically expanding our investments in the Tokyo metropolitan area and other potential high-growth major cities in Japan.
