He joined Integral Real Estate in 2025. Previously, he engaged in equity research in the J-REIT sector for 10 years at Nomura Securities and Daiwa Securities. Provided investment decisions for 34 J-REITs and conducted the marketing to domestic and international institutional investors. Ranked 2nd in the REITs sector for three consecutive years (2023-2025) in the Nikkei Veritas Popular Analysts Survey. Prior to that, he also worked at Daiwa Securities, where he was involved in J-REIT underwriting, private REIT structuring, bond trading, and Japanese equity research sales
